A senior's needs

I am seeking help in acquiring an electric wheelchair. Because at the age of 47 I had 8 strokes, which although I've overcome many cause and effect issues due to having to taking heavy doses of immune-suppressant drugs, I've come to the point where I am down to the last vestiges of having osteoporosis, loss of peripheral vision and depth perception I have lost all sense of balance and fall a lot. Because of this i have a manual wheelchair which is truly wonderful, it is difficult at best to ask my many friends to push me to the corner grocery store, or to push me to the bus stop and put me on a bus. Because of the new regulations on electric chairs, there are 7 things that a person has to prove in order to even apply for one, I no longer qualify. My oxygen concentration is above 87 percent, so my dr's. can't even apply for me. so, I am asking for help to get an electric chair so that I an again enjoy a sense of freedom and go to the corner store by myself or, even go take a bus to walmart's for cheaper groceries and sundries. To have some small measure of independence would be so WONDERFUL. Please help so that my friends won't grow tired of pushing me. I am 62 and everyone where I live calls me "Aunt Debbie". I live in an old, old motel called the Niland Inn Yes, you can GOOGLE and it does have a website. Thank you, in advance for any help.
