My name is Ashley Ernst, and I am a local Paramedic from New Orleans, Louisiana. I am participating in the 2017 New Orleans Stair Climb on Saturday, September 9th, on which I will ascend 110 floors bearing the name of a first responder (Paramedic, EMT, Firefighter, or Police Officer) who lost their life while trying to save the life of another during the terrorist attack of September 11th, 2001. This is my way to honor those whose lives were lost that horrible day. I am asking for support from family and friends as I make this climb at 400 Poydras Tower, and not only for me, but for my fellow brother and sister first responder family who will be making the climb along the side of me. I am also asking that you please donate to the Louisiana Heroes Project for me in support of my efforts. They provide support for injured and fallen first responders and vets as well as for their families. This is a great cause. Please help me reach my goal! Thank you so much for you support. Please share!
