Ashton's move to Cambodia
Organized by: Ryan Jackson
Hello All, We are setting up a fund for our son Ashton who has always wanted to be a missionary. On September 20th, he will be moving to Cambodia to preach. In order to prepare, he has been trying to learn the language of Khmer for the past 9 months. He has been accepted by the country and has been given a visa for 1 year (hopefully, it will be extended). To supplement his cost of living, he has gone to school and gotten his certification for teaching internationally. He will teach English as a second language once he gets there and finds a school. That said, life is expensive and teaching English in Cambodia won't cover it all. We have put together a meager budget of $600/month that he can live on. If you have a few dollars to spare to help support his efforts, that would be terrific and we would certainly appreciate it.
