BENEFITING: D LIVINGSTON REID FOUNDATION
EVENT DATE: Apr 29, 2013
ASPIRE is an acronym for "A Student whose Performance Inspires the REst." The ASPIRE Rewards program is the idea of Jacqueline Johnson, a NYC High School Math Teacher, Master's degree graduate of Columbia University, and former employee at Pepsi and Andersen Consulting and Donovan L. Reid, CEO of The Reid Group LLC, a NYC investment banking firm. The program's current goal is to provide math students at the Bronx Health Sciences High School with a weekly motivational tool to become better students. With your contributions, a weekly reward e.g. an inspiring book, is awarded to the student who is voted by his or her classmates as the one who communicated most effectively with the teacher, exhibited the greatest care for fellow classmates, and comported himself or herself in a most exemplary manner.
