So I wasnt getting any donations so now i am on foot to get this message out. I decided what better way to get people to donate than to take their recycling. If i meet 1000 people and i can touch their hearts so they donate just 2.00. I would be at goal.

I am 38 years old I currently live alone which wouldn't be all that bad except for I have severe generalized epilepsy. I have been on medications and still take medications that are very taxing on my body. you may notice I don't smile much its because the Dilantin and phenobarbital Ive taken my whole life has caused my teeth to rot and gum disease not to mention osteoporosis. So you can imagine I have a little social anxiety. I don't get a warning before I seize and I stop breathing. so I have to constantly worry about when the next grand mal seizure is going to come. I also recently decided to try the VNS surgery and so far I can only say I see only worse depression than I had before. Most people who have epilepsy struggle with depression as well as anxiety. It was hard to write this fundraiser, but I have to be the change I want to see. So I spoke with my neurologist and she agrees I should get a medical assist dog. I have applied at so many agencies requesting help with getting a seizure response dog only to be denied over and over. I am open to any ideas at this point. A dog would make me feel safe, be a familiar being to wake up to after having a seizure. can be trained to call for help, get medicine and keep other people at bay when I am seizing. I am currently unable to work due to the severity of my epilepsy. Or believe me I would work as much as I could to have this medical assistance animal. As time goes on it is gets more and more dangerous to even take a walk by myself. I know how times are hard right now I understand I live on just a disability check and have no ability to save after I pay my bills I have 128.00 for food. I am just hoping that if you love animals or have ever seen how these dogs work and how much this could enhance my life. You will find it in your heart to make a donation. Appreciation would be an understatement I will hug anyone who is willing to help. I would even wash your car. Please help me achieve my goal, every dollar helps. If I reach my goal the state senior and disabled services will be helping me each month with the expenses for the dog. this dog will get a lot of love. I may have epilepsy but I also have a lot to give. I hope this has touched your heart I hope you can see how your donation means so much. Thank you ahead for all your empathy and compassion in my quest for this medical companion.
