Hey Austin! Want a challenging, social, and rewarding way to shed up to 30 lbs in 90 days? Become an ATX Health Warrior!
Whoever loses the most % of body weight at the end of the 90 days (not just total pounds) will receive a cash prize equivalent to the total crowdfunding amount.
HOW MUCH YOU CAN WIN:
If we reach $300, a runner-up spot is introduced, in which 1st place will get $200 and runner up takes $100.
HOW TO SIGN UP:
1.) Donate $10 (or more). It goes in the prize bucket to help support your fellow warriors and raise the stakes.
2.) Fill this out on 7/5 to clock your starting weight.
3.) You'll be added to a private facebook accountability group with the rest of the current warriors, where we'll discuss next steps, events, tips, share progress, and answer any questions. If you don't have Facebook, please provide a good email address in the weigh-in form.

- "What workout routine/nutrition plan should I follow?"
Totally up to you! Stay active and eat clean, and you WILL succeed. The good thing about the lengthy term of 90 days, is it allows time to learn what healthy foods you like, and promotes sticking with better choices. I recommend this calorie calculator.
- "How do we track our weight?"
Every Sunday after 7/5, you'll click the link in our private facebook group to log your current weight. This goes into a spreadsheet seen only by the admin (that's me, Max) and lets me know who's winning and who might need some help reaching their goals.
- "What's the social aspect look like? Is it required?"
At the end of each month, we'll organize a fun, optional social event to catch up with each other. If two contestants are nearly tied, an in-person weigh in may be required at our final event.
- "What if I'm not from Austin? Can I still do it?"
Yes! However, social media is required to bridge the distance gap for non-local warriors. Use the hashtag #atxhealthwarriors to tag your progress photos. We recommend starting a separate fitness instagram account, so you don't annoy your friends with all the wonderful progress selfies you'll be taking.
