Aunt Rose Therapy
Organized by: Quiarrah Rieder
I want to tell Aunt Roses story. Most of us think we don’t have a story to tell. We think our lives are too dull, too ordinary. That no one would be interested. But one of the tasks we must in our later years is to make sense of our lives. It is only when we start looking back on our lives for a sense of story that we find its beauty, its spirit, and how all the pieces fit together and who we are begins to reveal itself. Your story may surprise you with its richness. Your story may inspire others. We all have a story to tell. Not one we have chosen but, one we have lived. Aunt Rose has lived with the pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis for years. She is a strong soul but her soul cries out in pain for relief. I feel it is my duty to tell her story.
