The Story

EVENT DATE: Mar 08, 2017

Thank you for supporting our 2nd Walk in Her Shoes, all proceeds raised will help support the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre. The Cayman Islands Crisis Centre (CICC) is a locally run charitable organization that was established in early 2003.  It is the only safe haven for abused women and their children in the Cayman Islands and largely relies on the community for financial support.

It’s not easy walking in these shoes, but it’s fun and it gets the community to talk about and raise awareness of something that’s really difficult to talk about: gender relations and violence against women.  We hope to raise awareness, funds, and laughter.
