Tokie Kinser, Managing Member of Midway Plaza 6, LLC, the current owner entity, will be seeking donations of $2.2 million dollars to eliminate the bank and add amenities to the facility leased to its sole tenant, ADVENTURE WORLD FAMILY FUN CENTER, LLC. The facility is located at 200 Midway Plaza Drive, Christiansburg, Virginia. This center is a vital part of the social growth and entertainment offering for families and children of the New River Valley. Our mission will be to continue to provide a family oriented facility for the New River Valley to entertain and enhance the quality of life of children, families and visitors to the area. It is a great facility for skating, dancing, exercise, roller derby, family gatherings, private parties, weddings, church receptions, reunions and other events needing a large 23,000 sq ft conditioned space.
The 4.2 acre property improvements include a commercial kitchen, 5 gas fired heaters with A/C, 12,000 sq ft of maple hardwood floor rink, state of the art sound and lighting system, fully sprinkled, fully insulated, clear span steel building with 18’ eves, 6” concrete floor, 119 space paved parking with lighting, curbed and a retention pond.
It has a great location near the retail center of The New River Valley in Christiansburg, Virginia in which Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart and many others share retail space.
The $2.5m development cost of the property has been too expensive to service in this economy and still be able to compete with the debt and tax free government sponsored entities. We will need your help to be successful with this Crowdrise campaign to have a chance to compete. In addition, some legal, operating capital and additional amenities will be needed to go forward and ensure sustainability.

Batting cages 160,000
Legal fees 25,000
Miniature Golf 360,000
Crowdrise fees 105,000
If we are short on this capital campaign, all funds will be used to bid on the facility at auction. Either way, a 12 member committee will be formed to select a suitable 501 C3 non profit.
