Baby Link Up
Organized by: Peggy Ruggeri
619 kids have died since 1998 from being left in hot cars! On average, every 9 days a child dies from vehicular heat stroke from being accidentally being left behind in a hot car. Otherwise loving caring parents/caregivers, due to stress and fatigue experience a brain phenomenon called "auto pilot". Just like when you have been driving for a long time, and can't remember the last 20 miles. I have developed a product that, when used will keep a baby safe every time a driver drives with it. It is a simple bracelet attached to a strap that connects to the baby in the back seat. Once you have arrived at our destination, you can't get out of the car without being pulled back in by your connection to the bracelet and back seat, thus avoiding leaving your child in the back seat/ hot car. We are asking for help getting the first 10,000 units to market, and funds to do a national campaign to educate and bring awareness of this Baby Link Up system. A child just died in a town 20 miles from where I live 3 days ago from being left in a hot car. Time is so important in our race to get the product and the word out to the public. Thank you for you support as we do our part to eradicate this problem. Please take a look at our video to see this product in action.
