I am raising $500 for Back on my Feet on behalf of Ian Bosner.
THATS ME AND IAN!
As many of you may know, I run with a homeless shelter in downtown Atlanta on MWF.
This year, I am raising $500 for Back on My Feet on behalf of Ian Bosner, a member at the Trinity House location. If we are succesful in raising the money, Ian will earn a # to run in the Peachtree Road Race, which will be his first 10K. In addition, if we hit $500, my employer, PwC, will match with an additional $500!
Please support BomF and Ian, and donate. Thanks again for visiting.
About the organization:
Back on My Feet (BoMF) is a nonprofit organization that empowers people experiencing homelessness by using running a catalyst to build confidence, strength and self-esteem. The organization does not provide food nor shelter, but instead provides a community that embraces equality, respect, discipline, teamwork and leadership.
Through dedication and hard work, Members earn the opportunity to create a new road for themselves by advancing to the “Next Steps” phase of the program where they gain access to educational, job training and employment opportunities, as well as financial aid. In short, BoMF focuses on changing the direction of people’s lives by changing the way they see themselves.
