Give a backpack, touch a life, wow, and all this in a day's work!!! See more
BENEFITING: PATH (PEOPLE ASSISTING THE HOMELESS)
This project is about helping homeless people by giving them what they often need, a backpack. What the backpack means for a homeless person is far more than a sack where one can carry their books. A backpack can hold everything they might own. When sleeping on a bus, bus station, train, or park bench, a backpack may be the only possession a homeless person has. It keeps their personal items safe, clean, and portable. With this project, backpacks will be given to homeless people in the Los Angeles downtown area. I hope you feel that you are not just giving to give, but touching someone's life with something as so simple as a backpack. Thank you.
