BENEFITING: GLEASONS GIVE A KID A DREAM
Barrington Grey is confident. So much so that refers to himself as 'Hands of Stone' because he knows how hard the punches he throws are. With confidence, comes focus and drive, both things that Grey has in spades.
Growing up in Toronto, Canada it was Barrington's father who inspired him to pick up the gloves and emulate his boxing hero, Muhammad Ali.
His drive for success has certainly paid off outside the ring as he is a top performer and leader in his field. Something he counts among his greatest achievements.
Given his success, Barrington feels it's of utmost important to give back to society in some way and does so through support of various causes. Breast cancer research being one thing that's continually stayed at the center of his charitable focus.
Like anything, Grey knows that you have put in the work to get the results so in order to get his strikes up to the Hands of Stone level, he works hard. Focusing on getting ready for a match by using the power of the mind to create and visualize his goal during training.
He notes that imagery maintains his focus and the sheer power of the mind has led to his many personal victories both in and outside the ring.
