THE STORY:

LS3P Charleston Engagement committee would like to support Dylan Towe and his wife Karla in helping families who were affected by the disasters us recent flooding in Baton Rouge. Below is a message from Dylan from a couple weeks ago immediately after the flooding. The needs is still great, as the families work to put their homes and lives back together. “I’m sure by now many of you have read of the extensive flooding that took place around Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My wife and I are both from there and still have family there so it holds a special place in our hearts. While our direct families had little to no affect from the flooding, that was not the case for many friends nor the majority of the residents. We have been collecting things to send to the people we know who are directly affected and lost things in the flood. We have had a recent request as so many people are beginning the process of cleaning up and sorting through personal items. Currently there is a severe shortage of rubber gloves, masks and containers for storage of items salvaged." We have set up this website to collect donations, which will then be used to buy the needed items on Amazon and shipped directly to those in need. Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated and goes a long way in supporting the clean-up effort. Thanks again for your support
