Stuff About Me:

How Beth Davis Impacts The Community:

Beth’s career in the financial services industry has spanned some thirty-five years, culminating with her current position at Community First Credit Union as Vice President of Business Development.  Beth is a highly respected mentor and role model in our community who has given her time, talent and treasure to impact the lives of others.  She has fond memories of Rebuilding Together project with her fellow co-workers at Community First and including her son Patrick with some of the clean-up days as well while he was in high school.  Beth, along with countless of Community First employees,  believe that giving back and making a difference in the community where we live and work is very important.  Beth chose to partner with Carmella’s because they believe in fostering this same relationship within the community that they own their restaurants, Carmella’s and SAP. Larry, Nicole, Kristen, and Kari are very grateful that their guests recognize that they give back to the community in a variety of ways and appreciate the opportunity to showcase the appetizer course for Cuisine for a Cause, February 5, 2016.

Josh Sickler Bio

Josh grew up in Superior, WI and has been living in the Fox Valley since 2002. Self-taught in the kitchen, he began his professional culinary journey at Luna Restaurant in Neenah, WI where he was the Sous Chef. He continued as the Executive Chef at both Sirocco’s Restaurant in Appleton and Touchmark Retirement Community. After working in kitchens for almost 10 years, he made the difficult decision to change his career path and move into the foodservice sales industry with Sysco. Although torn about leaving the kitchen, he was thrilled to be with a company that he could continue his passion for food with. Most recently, Josh has returned “home” and held the Kitchen Manager position at both Carmella’s Italian Bistro and Sap Brunch, Brown Bag & Bakery. He has participated in many charitable functions in and around Appleton during the course of his career and is thrilled to be included with an outstanding cast of the Fox Valley’s best chefs for “Cuisine for a Cause”.
