Benedictine University's UNICEF would like to cordially invite you to our second annual BenU UNICEF Hunger Banquet. Our mission for this event is to spread awareness to our community about the uneven distribution of global resources and present prospective solutions towards conquering the hunger disparities, both in developing nations and in local areas. The banquet will feature an interactive session, with attendees experiencing life in a world filled with hunger inequality. There will also be a resource fair featuring organizations that focus on hunger at a local level. Additionally, a food drive will be held throughout the night, so any canned goods that you would like to donate are appreciated. Lastly, there will be a silent auction and an assortment of prizes. All proceeds will be contributed to UNICEF's mission in conquering hunger struggles in the Sahel region of Western Africa. We thank you in advance for your support for joining our mission in achieving zero children dying from preventable causes around the world.
Early bird registration is $15 per person and will end on March 28th, 2014; the last day to RSVP is April 4th, 2014. After March 28th, tickets are $20 per person. You may also sponsor an entire table for 8 people for $104. Come ready to win, have a great night with good food, support a great cause, and help the children as we join together to fight hunger!
