Betty Kate's Legal Defense Fund
Organized by: Peter Davies
EVENT DATE May 27, 2015
Betty Kate's parents are currently in the fourth year of a twisted high conflict custody battle. Betty Kate is unable to predict when and where she will see her father next. She is permitted only 16 hours a month with the man who hand-made all her food for the first two years of her life. Her mother has spent in excess of $100,000.00 trying to remove Betty Kate's father from her life dragging the family before the court, mediators and arbitrators no less than eight times in four years. Though she has a devoted father who wants nothing more than to participate in her life she is left with strangers, neighbors and hirelings most of her waking hours--her mother actively seeks out anyone else rather than let Betty Kate spend time with her father.
If you don't see fit to donate to this cause please consider donating to your local mental health programs and perhaps seek out those dealing with emotional abuse, narcisistic or borderline personality disorders.
This is a last gasp by her father to regain some rights in his daughter's life and to ensure that this little girl has options and choices in her life. Her father is seeking only a reasonable visitation schedule and to mitigate some of her mother's exceedingly controlling influence.
