Bike for the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women
Organized by: Secretary-General's UNiTE Campaign
The UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (the UN Trust Fund) is the only global grant-making mechanism that is dedicated exclusively to addressing all forms of violence against women and girls. The funds raised support initiatives by grantees that have a real, concrete and lasting impact.
UN Trust Fund staff will participate in the 5 Boro Bike Tour through New York City to raise funds and awareness to support the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women and all of the work that our grantees do around the world. We will join over 30,000 cyclists who will make their way through the 5 Boroughs of New York City in the largest charitable bike race in the United States.
This year is the 20th Anniversary of the UN Trust Fund and as part of the commemoration, the staff and other individuals, will bike through New York to end this global human rights pandemic.
