BENEFITING: BIKE WALK CONNECTICUT INC
I walk my daughter to school and walk to work. I bike to restaurants, meetings and our local brewery. I live in Middletown, CT and am the board chair of Bike Walk Connecticut. I want my children to grow up in a state where biking and walking are safe, easy and fun choices. The options that are healthiest for them shouldn't also endanger their lives. Our streets can and must be safe for everyone.
This winter, I've set a goal to raise $500 for Bike Walk CT, our only statewide organization focused on making CT a better (and safer) place to bike and walk. Please support this effort and help Bike Walk CT start 2016 off strong.
There is so much work we want to do but need support from individuals and businesses to help make it happen. In particular, I want to highlight our new "Give Respect, Get Respect" Share the Road campaign. We're launching the campaign with 10,000 new Share the Road brochures, but we'd like to do even more with radio and web ads, billboards, share the road license plates, and more. Help us go big and make a difference!
