The courts have informed him that if these expenses aren't met by June he will be cited for contempt of court, be sent to jail again and will lose his license.
The authorities have also informed him that if he satisfies these expenses he will be set free from probation 16 months early.
His probation term has included 17 raids by the police on his home where he, his home and belongings are searched and he's given random urinalysis and breathalyzers. The raids continue.
Though he was swiftly acquitted at trial, he lost his home, deposits (rental, Alliant, Mediacom etc.), and all cash on hand. He was subsequently charged $3900 for legal expenses in spite of the fact that he had a public defender. He has $2586 left to pay.
