Plant High School FTC Team Biohazardous is a competitive high school robotics team in Tampa, Florida. Biohazardous members design, build, program and compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge league against some of the toughest robotics teams in the world. They spend hours on end collaborating on design, build and programming activities. In addition they give freely of their time mentoring younger teams, helping at the local makerspace and volunteering to help local schools. Biohazardous was able to make an impression during their inaugural season last year but lacked the resources to really go to the next level. This season FTC has changed the electronics completely which requires Biohazardous to purchase brand new communication equipment in addition to other materials they need to effectively compete this year: tools, batteries, chargers, fasteners, gears, treads and more. Your donation will help some smart, kind and dedicated kids keep moving towards their goals and their dreams.
