BENEFITING: Lyme Disease Association, Inc.
EVENT DATE: May 31, 2014
Lyme Disease is one of the most frequently misdiagnosed, misunderstood, and untreated diseases in the United States of America. Testing for Lyme Disease is unreliable.
This disease imitates conditions like MS, ALS, Lupus, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, ADD, Schizophrenia, and others.
Because of this wide spectrum of symptoms, it’s easy to see how and why it goes undetected or is misdiagnosed.
If reliable testing were available, hundreds of thousands of people could get a conclusive diagnosis and proper treatment.
Lyme Disease victims face insurmountable stress, financial burden, and skepticism, leaving them feeling misunderstood and frustrated.
My name is Frances, and I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, in 2011.
Many who are dear to me have been afflicted with Lyme Disease.
Seeing others suffer, as well as experiencing the roller coaster ride that Lyme Disease is myself, was enough to spur me to fightback and raise money for research.
Please join the fight: donate for research and development for reliable, accurate testing.
Fighting this disease starts with truly understanding it!
Your donations and support can help end the ignorance and misinformation surrounding Lyme Disease and help bring the problem and its solutions into focus.
All donations will directly benefit the Non Profit, Lyme Disease Association (LDA) for research.
