Blayne Elliott is a 1 year old scrappy young man who was plugging along with his parents and older brother without a care in the world. Just 3 days prior to his first birthday he was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). While undergoing intensive chemotherapy, he became sick with a respiratory infection called RSV, which has further complicated his battle against leukemia. Blayne has spent the past several weeks fighting every minute of every day & night in the Intensive Care Unit at Boston Children's Hospital. Along with his parents, Brittany & David, and his brother DJ, Blayne continues to stay "Blayne Strong" as the t-shirts proudly worn by his family members remind us. Being a part of Blayne's team of medical professionals at Children's Hospital and being witness to the love, support, and strength he and his family show each day gives us great motivation. Please consider supporting my Boston Marathon run this year in honor of Blayne and his family.
Your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated!
