BENEFITING: Joliet Junior College Foundation
In March of 2016, Bob Wahlen, a lifelong dedicated orthotist/prosthetist sadly passed away. He spent his last few years teaching and helping students at the Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician program at Joliet Junior College, Joliet, IL, the nation’s first public community college, and an institution that prides itself in offering an affordable, accessible, and quality education for over 100 years. See what the program is doing!
One of Bob's wishes was to establish a permanent scholarship for students in financial need at the orthotic and prosthetic program at JJC. To date, we have raised nearly $8,000.00. Help us reach Bob's goal.
It's simple. Give any amount via the secure DONATE button. 100% of funds will go the Bob Whalen Scholarship Fund for Joliet Junior College Orthotic Prosthetic Students (via the JJC Foundation). Note amount given is a tax deductible 501c3 donation.
(Direct pledges not via this online campaign can be made by sending a pledge email to email@example.com , Subject: Robert Wahlen, and someone from the foundation will contact you.)
We thank you for your generous giving!
