Sandra has been a caregiver for the majority of her life. She is 67 years old and was a CNA, and took care of many patients throughout the years. Two years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer, unfortunately by the time she had found out it was already at Stage IV and had spread to her lymph nodes, collar bones, hip and pelvic bones.
She passed away on 9-18-2014 , and she has no life insurance. Sandra had a life insurance policy but it was only for accidents or dismemberment. She was under the assumption 6 years ago that she had a full life insurance policy. The family discovered a few days ago that she has no life insurance, and we do not want to tell her our discovery because it will give her more stress and worry that she does not need to have before she dies.
Your help will help us give the respectable funeral that she deserves, we are not giving her an extravagant funeral. These funds will cover the basics: $700 casket, $1100 vault (required at the burial location), $500 burial plot, and $3500 for the funeral service. These costs are no where near our actual needs, but we are seeking minimum help.
If you could please just find it in your heart to help this amazing woman.
