BENEFITING: Saha Global
I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel with Saha Global to Ghana, Africa in December 2015 as a water field representative. When there, I will be training women in a remote area how to treat the contaminated water around them, so that they can turn it into usable water. With that said, I need your help. I am raising $3,000 for this program and the funds will pay for the cost of treatment equipment, which includes: large drums that will hold the water during various stages of the process, taps, chlorine tablets, etc., a safe storage container for each household that they will use to store the water they purchase, preventing recontamination, and other various things. The water that is currently accessable to the people of Northern Ghana is truly dangerous. It is infested with germs, feces, and many other unpleasurable things. Drinking this water can make a person very sick. It is my job, along with everyone that I am working with, to educate the Ghanaian people in this area about the dangers that come with drinking this water and to lead the women through the process of starting a business to make fresh drinking water. Please help me change the lives of others! Any donation would be greatly appreciated not only by me, but by the people who are receiving the fresh water as well. Thank you!
