Brian's story

THE STORY:

In God's own blessings and time, Amen.  I come to you and with the willingness of the Lord to touch your hearts, I ask for your help.  Friday March 18th, I had a toe amputation surgery.  I have also recently lost my insurance and waiting for medicare part B to take effect will be several months down the line.  Also being diabetic, I cannot afford the life saving insulins I need to control my blood sugar levels.  Though currently seeking assistance through medicaid and other patient assistance programs through the drug companies for the medication I need, it is a time consuming and often long process.  This is where I need your help.  The cost of all the medications and supplies I need for my health and keep alive in some cases, will cost out of pocket around 1000 dollars a month.  My disability checks from SSDI are only 995 a month.  Based on that you can see the problem here.  My wife's checks after we pay the mortgage, car payment and buy some food leave us no extra money for bills such as heat, electric, and water.  IF we pay our bills then I have to go without my much needed medications and insulins.  In the short run I would hope you would could make a donation or two and share my story with friends, family, etc.  So please if God touches your heart, please make a contribution.  The money I can get help with may save my life potentially.  Thank you and God Bless.
