Bright Future Foundation is one of over 200 charities competing nationwide in the Allstate Insurance Purple Purse Challenge! Bright Future will raise as much money as possible during the month of October through our Crowdrise page. If we receive the most donations out of the competing charities before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27, we will receive a $100,000 grant from Allstate Insurance! There will be several “bonus” challenges taking place throughout the month. All charitable organizations will keep all of their individual donations, regardless of whether they win a Challenge Grant.
Bright Future Foundation is a nonprofit committed to serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Eagle County, Colorado. For over 30 years, we have provided compassionate prevention, crisis intervention and recovery services with the mission of "empowering individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault to lead safe, productive lives.”
Our programs include our crisis response/intervention services including: 24-hour crisis hotline, Freedom Ranch Safehouse, intensive case management and advocacy services, legal advocacy and legal representation. Bright Future also offers a variety of long-term recovery services: counseling, self-sufficiency/job skills training, and our transitional housing program. Lastly, our youth violence prevention efforts include Buddy Mentors, and in-school violence prevention programming such as EmpowerMENt and You Grow Girl. Buddy Mentors pairs adult volunteers with local kids who can benefit from relationships with positive role models. Our goal is to eliminate all forms of violence in our community. With your help, we believe it's a goal that's well within our reach!
