Bright Pink is a nationally recognized non-profit that is focused on the prevention and early detection of ovarian and breast cancer in women ages 18-45. We aim to enlighten women to take precautionary measures with their health, while providing support for high-risk individuals.
Founded by Lindsay Avner in 2007, Bright Pink came about through her preventative measure of undergoing a bilateral risk-reducing double mastectomy. It was during such times that she felt there was a lack of resources for women who didn’t have cancer, but wanted to be more informed on cautionary actions. Over the past 7 years, Avner’s vision of having a world where every young woman proactively develops and lives a risk reducing lifestyle has turned into something much brighter. In a relatively short period of time, Bright Pink has grown to become a leading advocate in the race to educate, equip, and empower young women across the country to be proactive about their health.
Bright Pink offers a wide selection of innovative programs and services, ranging from educational workshops to support high-risk women. We are on a mission to reach all 52 million, fabulous women in the U.S. to empower them to live proactively. For every dollar you contribute, it will help us fuel our life-saving programs.
