Bring Wen Jie home!
Organized by: Scott, Mindy Wise
Over Christmas we had the joy of hosting two special need's Chinese orphans for 2.5 weeks. We prayed hard that God would bring a family for each precious boy as we knew their time to be adopted was running out. Thanks to many MANY friends sharing and re-sharing everything we posted about the boys during their time, a family stepped up for Wen Jie. The following month our family decided to pursue adopting the other. Just the fact that BOTH boys who were previously termed "unadoptable" are now being pursued by families is a MIRACLE!! Wen Jie is 10 but his height and sweet nature quickly gave us the thought of a gentle giant. He was heartbroken the night before he had to return to China. He has epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy but he is bright!! He was very aware this his chances to be adopted were growing incredibly slim with each passing month. He was abandoned as a toddler and has grown up in a foster family but the chances for him having a decent future in China are slim to none! His medical needs would be much better managed here. He wants so badly to go to an American school and simply belong to a family! We are praying God will use this page to spread the word about him so that people will not only pray for Liz and Chris Wright but will shower them with support allowing this adoption to move as quickly as possible. Let's knock this first agency fee out of the park for Wen Jie and the Wrightfamily! "What you do for the least of these you do for me" - Jesus
