Brittany Rogers

Hello!! Welcome and thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page! I appreciate your support in any form that you are able to give, including thoughts and prayers!

As many of you know, I believe that as humans, we should love and serve one another. I also believe that everyone that needs prosthetic care should have access to it, and it is my dream to volunteer and provide prosthetics care to people in developing countries. This September, these two beliefs will mesh when I travel to ROMP's clinic in Zacapa, Guatemala to work with clinic staff and other volunteers to provide prosthetics care to individuals that would otherwise not have access to it.

I have set up this page to raise money for the program fee and my flights to Guatemala. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or would like more information. Thank you again for checking out my page and for your love and support as I carry out this mission!

Please keep reading to learn more about ROMP and the mission of their organization and volunteer trips!

ROMP believes in the power of education to transform the unequal distribution of prosthetic care in the world. Every year, ROMP Ecuador hosts clinical trips with leading orthotic and prosthetic practitioners, faculty, and students to facilitate a knowledge exchange between these individuals and ROMP's local staff.

Under supervision, practitioners, students, and ROMP clinicians work side by side with real patients in our Guatemala clinic- exchanging ideas, sharing clinical techniques, and working to improve patient outcomes. Educating future clinicians to the realities of disability care in resource poor settings makes them better medical professionals and advocates. Exposing ROMP staff to the latest clinical techniques makes them better clinicians resources for our patients.

It is a win, win for all involved. Each dollar raised will help ROMP continue to deliver high-quality prosthetic care. By donating to your "someone", who is involved with ROMP, you are helping create mobility for thousands of amputees living without care globally.

Please contact us at if you or your institution would like more information about this innovative program.
