Do you know someone who left this world a little too soon, or hell- just way too soon? Have you turned on the radio to hear their favorite song only to simultaneously burst into tears and smile? Can you close your eyes and swear you feel them next to you.... Although you'd never trade their memories for not knowing them at all, sometimes it hurts so much your body aches. There may not be a cure for this, but there is a way to prevent others from every knowing exactly how you feel. On this Tuesday, one followed by too much turkey, a LIONS victory and long lines to get your hands on those good deals, invest in the future. Join in on this day, Giving Tuesday, to say you still feel, you still hope and you still have a lot of fight left. The Brooke Bolley scholarship fund was established 6th years ago in honor of a woman taken too soon with the purpose of allowing Brooke to continue her fight with the help of those aiming to research, study and one day cure cancer. Each year two courageous Crestwood High school students on the verge of throwing themselves into a lifetime dedicated to prevent, treat and cure this awful thing we call cancer are awarded on the basis of academic achievement, financial need and declaration to further the research on the road to cure cancer.. These awards are only able to be given because of you. These students are able to fight alongside you because of your generosity, heart and relentless devotion to not giving up. This is priceless, the gift in any amount to this fund aides the quest. The possibilities are endless. So go on, close your eyes and whisper, I'm here, right by your side fighting for you.
