Hurricane Matthew ravaged the Caribbean and the southeastern Atlantic coast of the United States in September and October. From there. Matthew hammered the Bahamas on October 5-6 as a Category 3 and 4 hurricane. Recovery on the islands is expected to cost in excess of $500 million. As a new NBA season begins, thousands in the Bahama are still trying to rebuild their lives following the devastating storm. NBA rookie Buddy Hield, a native of the Bahamas, is leading the charge to supply his fellow Bahamian citizens with much-needed water, non-perishable food items, and other essential supplies desperately needed. Buddy hopes you will help him send two much-needed shipping containers stocked full of these critical items to his fellow Bahamians who are still experiencing the tragic clean-up and recovery process.
