THE STORY:

The goal of JVS' youth programs is to prepare at risk young people for productive lives by training them to be job ready and assisting with their educational and career paths.

We provide the expert guidance, support and resources they need to become self-sufficient through job readiness training, unpaid as well as subsidized internships and work experience opportunities and job search and placement assistance.

$1.00, $5.00, $10.00....anything HELPS JVS prepare these amazing youth for the real world. Below is a breakdown of where your donations will have the biggest impact. Let's ensure that our youth of today become our successful leaders of tomorrow!

$5.00 Contributes to a foster or probation youth receiving job readiness training from JVS staff and partners through workshops, internships and mentoring programs.

$10.00 Assists an individual youth with vouchers for transportation and professional attire for internship interviews.

$20.00 Enables one youth to attend an intensive workshop on resume, interview and job search skills.
