BENEFITING: The Freedom Story
EVENT DATE: Nov 30, 2013
The second annual Burma Safe House Fundraiser is being coordinated by Hannah Pechan to support a home for victims of sex trafficking on the Thailand/Burma border. Hannah worked for the organization that established the safe house and has seen first hand the value of the lives saved and rescued from the hands of traffickers. The safe house continues to provide safety, aftercare and training for over a dozen women and children but the organization that founded it has since disbanded. Without the support of a parent organization, Hannah and The SOLD Project have partnered to raise the funds necessary to provide the 2014 annual budget to ensure that the safe house is able to keep it's doors open.
The fundraiser will take place in Fort Collins on October 25th. If you cannot attend the fundraiser or wish to contribute an additional gift, The SOLD Project is our fiscal sponsor now through November 2014. You can read more about The SOLD Project at www.thesoldproject.org.
All donations are tax deductible and 100% of donations go to prevention, education and aftercare in Thailand and Burma. Thank you so much for donating and rest assured that your contribution is truly changing lives.
If you wish to give by check, please make checks out to The Sold Project and send to:
3037-T Honyard Road

Include “Burma Safe House” on a separate note-not on the memo of the check.
