THE STORY:

We absolutely love fitness; it is not just “something” we do. It’s a life style for the entire Isabella Fitness Team. Staying healthy, staying fit, and living a positive life style is what we all pride ourselves in. Team Isabella has currently planned to do a Fitness Tour, where we will travel across NJ, Philly, Baltimore, and DC spreading fitness. We will travel in our RV as we workout across various cross fit facilities, parks, and/or playgrounds. The purpose of our fitness tour is to promote the crossfit community as well as bring awareness to the growing problem of childhood obesity.

Itinerary: (subject to change) Friday 8.3
9-10am: Hoboken Crossfit

11-1pm: RV Pick up (30 min of Burpees while we wait)

4-5pm: Toms River Crossfit

8pm – Overnight: Hospitality Creek RV Park (30 min Burpees)

Saturday 8.4
9:30-10:30am: Williamsboro Crossfit

12pm-6pm: Philly

>Rocky Steps (30 min of Burpees)

>Independence National Historical Park (5 mile run)

>Gino’s vs Pats Cheese Steak Challenge

9pm-overnight: Cherry Hill RV Park (30 min of Burpees)

THE FIGHT AGAINST CHILDHOOD OBESITY
The Burpee Pledge
Purpose: Raise money to raise awareness of childhood obesity. We are working with the nPlayfoundation.
Team Goal: Complete 25,000 Burpees (7 team members)
Individual Goal: Complete between 3,600 Burpees

Sponsorship options
• You can donate a set amount. The number of Burpees done by the participant will not change the donation amount.
• You can sponsor your participant per Burpee. You can determine the amount of money you will donate per Burpee up to a certain number of Burpees. For example: Joe Smith will donate .01 cent per Burpee up to 2,000 Burpees, which will have a max value of $20.00 (.01 x 2,000).
• You can sponsor your participant up to the full 3,600 Burpees at your determined money value. .01 for 3,600 Burpees = $36.00 .02 for 3,600 Burpees = $72.00 .03 for 3,600 Burpees = $108.00
Where do proceeds go to? Proceeds will go to the 'nPlay foundation. 'nPlay foundation helps with the fight against childhood obesity. 70% of all funds will be donated to 'nPlay Foundation
