Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to CamarilloVenom Youth Sports. Established in 2007, Camarillo Venom Youth Sports was distinguished as a non-profit, tax-exempt entity in 2009 by the IRS and is solely dedicated to the youth in our community. Our organization has a proud tradition of developing girls’ softball and boys baseball skills, as well as a long history of fielding competitive players that enjoy success locally and regionally. Even more importantly, the organization has had a positive impact on the lives of the youth in the area and their families while promoting integrity, fair play, and competition.
Our entire organization from management through directors, coaches and team managers are all non-paid volunteers. Any monies we raise go directly towards benefitting the youth in our organization in a multitude of ways. Through our many fundraisers, like car washes, garage and bake sales, we earn money to provide our players with uniforms and playing equipment and pay for the ever increasing cost of field time. In addition, fundraising monies help subsidize the cost of tournaments and travel expenses for our families.
We are asking that you please genuinely consider a very valuable donation to our organization and the lives it will so positively impact. And remember, per the IRS, donors may deduct contributions to our organization as we are a tax-exempt entity, ID #37-1547804.
On behalf of Camarillo Venom Youth Sports and especially our players who give it their all, I would like to thank you in advance for your time and your consideration of this very valuable donation we are asking for.
