BENEFITING: CAMBRIDGE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Founded in 1916, the Cambridge Community Foundation (CCF) strives to meet the most vital human service needs of the Cambridge (MA) community. The Foundation’s focus is primarily the funding of direct social service programs in the following areas: children and adolescent services, educational services (including the arts), elderly services, family and neighborhood services, housing services, health and mental well-being services, and advocacy and mediation services.
Like other community foundations, CCF exists to provide an effective and versatile vehicle for philanthropy by combining and managing charitable donations, and by channeling them to worthy Cambridge-based organizations that respond to community needs. In this way, CCF is a permanent source of financial support and innovative leadership dedicated to the well-being of the people of Cambridge.
