For the past two years, Cancer has struck one of Orlando’s most talented Makeup Artist, Michele Mann (Owner and Founder of M3 Makeup). The Camp Mann fundraiser was started in 2014 to help alleviate the cost of treatment for Michele and raise awareness of Bone Marrow Transplants, which is what led Michele into recovery. Once she became well it was her dream to hold the annual Camp Mann fundraiser in the favor of another individual who could benefit from the donations. Unfortunately, Michele did not have to look far to find another beneficiary. The disease had found residence in her home with a loved one, her mother Sharon Hundley, who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. This is not Sharon’s first encounter with the deadly disease as she was previously a Breast Cancer Survivor. She recently had a mastectomy and started aggressive chemotherapy. Sharon moved to Orlando over two years ago when Michele was first diagnosed with Leukemia. She had shortly thereafter become the sole caregiver for Michele through her countless doctor appointments, hospital visits, and chemotherapy treatments. Sharon now must deal with her own illness while also taking care of her daughter, Michele. She is described as a real-world superhero.
