Camp is coming and it's time to get ready!
What does camp look like? Are there horses? Who will my counselors be? What do I bring? WHEN CAN I GO?!?!
Camp is coming and often campers and families have lots of questions about what to expect. Friends of Camp John Marc is hosting two precamp events to bring together returning campers and meet new campers. Through these events we hope to answer some of those camp questions and get campers excited and ready for their week at camp.
In April, we are hosting a picnic just for Camp Jubilee campers and families (Camp Jubilee is the CJM camp for campers who have sickle cell disease) and in May we are hosting a Camp Day at Cook Children's for all Cook campers.
At both of these events we will be grilling up burgers and sharing lots of camp activities. To make these two events possible we need to raise $2,000 for burgers, hot dogs, face paint, marshmallows (we do marshmallow archery!), and more!
Donate today to help get Camp John Marc campers ready for camp!
And if you are interested in volunteering at one or both of these events, send Annie an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
