Major anchor institutions and key partners include: Cleveland State University, Cuyahoga Community College, and St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. The Campus District's current projects are: 1) Creating East 22nd Street as a beautiful, green, and "complete" street with bike and pedestrian infrastructure, public art and vibrant community gathering spaces. 2) Redeveloping the former Juvenile Court Building on East 22nd Street,  3) Finding a permanent home for the very successful Campus International School,  4) Planning with the City of Cleveland, ODOT and NOACA to create a new wider East 22nd Street bridge over the Innerbelt that will create a greenspace and bike/ped path over the trench to close the gap that the Innerbelt created, 5) working with artists, residents, businesses and homeless shelters in the Superior Arts Quarter on quality of life issues, marketing and branding, 6) working with adjacent area development corporations for a Greenway/Bikeway that links students, employees and residents from downtown, the district and adjacent neighborhoods east and west, north and south and one day to the lakefront, 7) Attracting businesses to the Campus District to meet the needs of the growing number of students and residents in the District, 8) collaboration with the Sisters of Charity Foundation's Promise Neighborhood and Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's Choice Neighborhood initiatives.
