Organized by: Robert Bernard

This fundraising campaign is a start in the mission to provide a free copy of the book, "Can I Keep My House? An Insider's Guide to Foreclosure" to the 250,000 homeowners currently in foreclosure in the U.S. Foreclosure is a hugely painful and debilitating time for people. You can make a huge difference with even a small contribution.

My name is Robert Bernard, the author of the book, and my goal is to start a sustainable program to give away a free book and 20 minute support call to every homeowner facing foreclosure. In addition to giving away free books, I have bought an RV and am starting a nationwide tour next month to talk to homeowners, Realtors, attorneys, and real estate investors about this hidden and upcoming crisis.

And unfortunately, according to Dr. Doug Duncan, Chief Economist of Fannie Mae, we are headed for another recession very soon. During 2009-2010, there were nearly 238,000 homes every month facing foreclosure. It may be possible to see those numbers again and that is why it is important to get started now.

The book provides emotional support for going through foreclosure, financial education, the pros and cons of each of the 11 different strategies a homeowner can take while in foreclosure, and how to downsize if they are unable to keep the house.

If we meet the goal of $10,000 this will be the seed money to give enough books away to grow to the 30,000 homeowners every month and get my nationwide book tour started. You can follow the tour at

Thank you for your support. This project will truly make a difference. Families can suffer for a long time after foreclosure and this is an opportunity to help go through foreclosure with grace and ease.
