I believe whole-heartedly that living a healthy lifestyle - being active, eating right, knowing your body - if not only beneficial to your confidence, but also how you perform in the work place. If you don't feel good, how can you be at your best. Studies prove that employees who exercise for at least 30 minutes, three times a week, are 15% more likely to have higher job performance, and 25% more likely when eating healthy.
So, family and friends, I'm URGING you to walk with me this May 7th at Riverside Park for the change of women being more aware and protective of their health! Men, women, students, kids and even dogs can register to walk. There will music, giveaways, a warm-up, cool-down, and health vendors. Oh, and Fitness Pioneer/Celebrity Trainer Tracy Anderson will be at the walk! Let's go Candy Canes! =]
