In July of this year, Dustin and I will be traveling to El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. During our time in Nicaragua, we will be meeting up with a non-proft that provides clean water and sanitation to rural communities in Nicaragua. They told us about a small school that does not have washing stations yet, and that's when we decided we wanted to help.
The school is in El Jobo, Nicaragua, where the average monthly income per family is $67. The school in this community does not have a washing station for the children to use, which puts their health and hygiene at risk.
Partnering wtih El Porvenir, they have been raising money to build washing stations but are about $200 short. With your help, we can make sure these kids have a place to wash their hands after using the restroom, after playing outside, or before any of their meals, and help provide them with healthier lives.
Your donation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!
