We help our clients 'seize the day'. Cleveland Sight Center's case workers, teachers, therapists, and rehabilitation specialists work wonders to educate and empower people with vision loss. Our clients play golf, sail on Lake Erie, learn to read Braille, mentor others with vision loss, learn new computer skills...the examples are endless.
CSC's 2016 White Cane Walk, featuring a 5K run (3.1 miles) and 1-mile stroll at Legacy Village on Saturday, June 18, 2016, is an event to raise funds for services provided to the people of Northeast Ohio.
I am the chief financial officer at Cleveland Sight Center, which allows me a unique perspective to understand the significant efforts (and related costs) involved in helping individuals who have lost their vision. And unfortunately, medical insurance does not cover most of the services provided, leaving an immense financial burden on our clients.
Will you please help us ease that burden? 100% of the dollars raised go directly towards the services provided to individuals who are experiencing vision loss. Thank you in advance for your continued financial support!
Seize the day yourself...would you consider joining me for the 5K run (at 8:30am), the 1-mile stroll (at 9:00am), and/or the white cane walk festivities (at 10:00am) on June 18th at Legacy Village.
