Gia Cavagnero Carroll

Hello Family and Friends! I hope you'll take a minute to keep reading about why AutismUp is so important to families like ours and to many others in the Rochester community... AutismUp is the leading autism support organization in the local area. Founded in 2004 by four moms, its grown to over 2,000 member families and continues to grow as the autism incidence rate grows. This year, AutismUp celebrates a decade of inspired work on behalf of those living with autism - but the work is far from done. Children with autism continue to grow up - into adults with autism, and their needs continue. AutismUp is looking towards the future - providing help for today, and hope for tomorrow. Your support of our march team, "Carroll's Crusaders," will help AutismUp raise much needed funding to continue to provide really awesome programs and support for people ASD. AutismUp provides programs that are customized for individuals who need more support, and meet the unique sensory, social and communication needs of people with ASD. And, in the very near future, AutismUp is going to have a "home" - a safe and appropriate setting for individuals with autism, and their entire family, to learn, play, be fit, and "fit in." A place where everyone's needs can be met and everyone simply "gets it." It's gonna be great, but it's also going to take a lot of money, so that is why we will march again this year in the Kite Parade. We recognize that there are many worthy causes to get behind and lend your support. We really appreciate that you have read this far and we thank you for your consideration! Sincerely, Carroll's Crusaders - Gia, Jim, Jack and Joe To hear more about what AU is up to, check out this video link:
