Our main goal is to one day end the overpopulation and homelessness of the animals in our county. We strive to reach this goal, by educating our children up to adults, by giving our shelter animals the best love & care we can, we are able to show adopters that it is very feasible to do. We are always there for our adopted pets, our adopters know they can call on us when they need! We love staying in touch with our adopted alumni and encourage this thru social media and invitations to fundraisers.
Communication is the biggest key to sucess. If one person listens we have made a difference, because that person will tell others they know and so on. We have student mentor projects through the school year, we encourage tours for daycares on up to High School. We speak to local groups such as Rotary Clubs, Lodges as well as participate different community events. We are proud of our large and careing volunteer group.Without their dedication our animals would not get the socialization, attention and exercise they very much need.
We embrace change because we have seen first hand the great things that have come from thinking outside the box. especially in a very emotional field.
