Catfish Billy Vet Bills
Organized by: Kelli Evans
This from my sister last night: The X-ray revealed that he did not break his spine, however, in the five minutes that he was literally hanging by the neck in the twisted innards of our recliner did cause him to go into shock. I actually had to breath into his mouth several times to start him breathing again. He has a huge amount of fluid in his lungs as well. To save him, the fluid had to be be removed, oxygen as well. The vet was kind enough to let Marie back to see him. He was sitting upright while in the oxygen cage. My sister was kind enough to offer us her care credit so he could receive treatment, but that's money we will have to repay of course as we both live on very fixed incomes. Marie was absolutely inconsolable, until Aunt Kelli stepped up. I can't thank her enough for the help.
