Partners in Health provides hope, health and healing for people at risk for heart disease and more. Lower income families, moms and dads, grandpas and grandmas find the door to health care closed all too often. To avoid debt they delay care and neglect health. It doesn't have to be that way!
Catherine's Health Center, a safety net medical clinic, welcomes people with limited income, little or no insurance, and few resources. With a nurse at the heart of the health care team, the Partners in Health program offers affordable, accessible medical care. More than simply "putting a bandaid on a sore," Partners in Health engages people in their own medical care, offers access to resources, provides support, and assures that people are treated with dignity.
One patient describes her experiences this way: "Right from the minute I walked in the door they gave me hope. That's so different than a lot of the experiences I had before. It just made me feel like I needed a good cry. It was so good!"
Your support now will help us assure that thousands of patients will have the opportunity to improve their health, stay productive, and reduce their chances of medical complications and debts.
