We work to help children with physical disabilities on their journey towards independence by providing intensive motor training programs the promote positive self–esteem, self–direction and an “I Can!” attitude. The Center’s vision is that people with physical disabilities grow up to be healthy, fully participanting members in the community, which includes employment and independent living skills. To achieve this vision, the Center reduces the significant access barriers people with physical disabilities face by providing affordable, high-quality therapy services.
Conductive Education focuses on the whole person. Individuals develop self-determination and an “I Can!” attitude by taking some responsibility for their own movement. The program focuses on daily life skills that include sitting, eating, walking, toileting and dressing independence.
CFI is proud to report we have never turned a child away due to lack of insurance or inability to pay. Your kindness keeps our doors open to all children with physical disabilities on their journey towards independence. Put your donation to hard work and there is no limit to what are children can do.
